Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide your receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at loveglow150@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

• Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products

• Personal care and beauty products where returns are not permitted for hygiene reasons

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, subject to our return policy, and place a new order for the item you would like.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Returned items should be in appropriate condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including certain personalized goods, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may then require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
